  • Do you offer a warranty on repairs?

    Yes. We stand behind our work with a limited lifetime warranty on collision repairs for as long as you own the vehicle.
  • Are you a certified collision repair center?

    Yes. Lone Star Auto Service is manufacturer-certified for multiple brands. Our ASE and I-Car Gold Class certified technicians are trained to follow factory repair procedures using approved equipment and parts.
  • Can you help with towing?

    Yes. If your vehicle is not drivable, we can assist with towing arrangements to get it safely to our facility.
  • Can I get an estimate over the phone?

    Yes. We can provide a preliminary estimate over the phone based on the information you provide about the damage. For the most accurate estimate, we recommend bringing the vehicle in for an in-person inspection so our ASE and I-Car Gold Class certified technicians can properly assess the extent of the repairs needed.
  • Do you offer rental cars while my vehicle is being repaired?

    Yes. We can assist in arranging a rental vehicle while your car is being repaired. If your insurance policy includes rental coverage, the rental may be covered through your insurance provider.
  • Do I need an appointment for an estimate?

    Appointments are not required, but they are recommended to ensure a member of our team is available to assist you right away. Walk-ins are always welcome during business hours.
  • Can you match my vehicle’s paint color exactly?

    Yes. We use advanced computerized paint matching technology to ensure the new paint blends seamlessly with your vehicle’s original color and finish.
